This video is a MUST watch before hiring a contractor to do drainage work at your home. This home had NO foundation issues or drainage problems just 3 years ago. Upon purchasing the house some drainage correction was recommended by the general inspector as a precaution. In just 3 years because the drainage was done incorrectly it will end up costing $200,000 + in damages to this home. When the floors of the home were removed there was standing water under the house and rotting wood all around it. Hiring the right contractor matters and making sure to hire one with insurance should be a top priority!
