Who doesn't love a good chilli recipe? This is my store-cupboard chilli, working around what you've got in your cupboards to mix-and-match for ultimate flavour! Beans, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, peppers... use whatever you've got. Fry some cinnamon, cayenne pepper (or paprika), and cumin, and combine with the natural sugars in the onion for an incredibly fragrant curry paste. So good!
