The sugarless cookie recipe ingredients:
2 heaped tbsp butter
5 tbsp olive oil
1 cup finely chopped dates (better if you boil them in half cup of water until it becomes a paste to corporate with the dough easily)
2 tbsp thick plain yogurt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
about 2+1/2 to 3 cups of flour
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
Notes: I would suggest adding 1/4 cup molasses or honey for extra sweetness, or 1/2 cup raisins, or if you already consume granulated sugar, adding at least 1/3 cup of sugar.
