In this special episode, I curated menu of 10 dishes, from the comforting embrace of an Ottoman soup that warms the soul, to the layers of flavors in eggplant kebab and the hearty satisfaction of "orman kebabı" – a forest kebab. Alongside, I will serve olive oil broad beans, assorted salads, crescent and chicken breast pudding desserts.
