Words that refer to a noun (a person or thing) which was mentioned before.

Subjective
- Subject of the sentence
- Refers to something/someone mentioned
Ex: A woman entered a cafe.
She bought 2 cups of coffee.

We do NOT use a NOUN and a personal pronoun together.

Objective
- The recipient of an action. Direct or indirect object of the verb.
Ex: Tell him!

- They are the object of a preposistion.
Ex: Have you talked to them?

Possessive

- Used in place of a noun.
- They indicate the owndership of something.

Ex: Whose is that? It's hers.
Her husband works in a bank. Mine works in an office.
