Forgive the click bait title, but this 2010 Open Range 5th wheel roof was heavily coated with a membrane sealant rather than actually fix the problem. Surprise, the roof cap seam molding failed and as the membrane was under the front cap, it directed rain and water into the front cap cavity, destroying the closet wall and cabinet. The customer requested to re-build it as best as possible without "going crazy." Join Chad, Micah and me as we re-build another rotten roof!!!
