Police say a 14-year-old boy was fatally injured by a man who attacked several members of the public and police.

Officers were called to the property in Hainault this morning after reports a man had driven into a house - three people and two police officers were injured in the subsequent stabbings.

Police said a 36-year-old man had been arrested.
