Mountain bike trail riding Laguna Ridge trail, which is also referred to as TNA in Laguna Beach, California.

This is one of my favorite downhill mountain bike trails in Laguna Beach. Mainly because it is a fast and challenging ride with some extreme sections to navigate.

In this mountain bike video I take you through the TNA trail and I go left at the fork in the trail. For those of you who have done this trail before, you will know what I am talking about. For those of you who haven't then you will see about 1/3 of the way down the trail there is a fork in the trail, and you have to decide to go left or right.

Left in my opinion is the 'easier' way to go, however it is not easy at all. There are plenty of areas where if you fall, you are getting seriously injured.

I plan on making a video going right at the fork sometime soon!

Some good news as well, @hannah_markel was on this ride with me again after missing the last ride in Joshua Tree. We both ride full suspension mountain bikes. Hannah has a Julianna with Fox 24 suspension, I have a Trek Fuel EX9.7 with the same Fox suspension.

You will notice in the video I say, "Pump! Pump!" a lot... When I say this it usually means were in a steep climb and I am either yelling at myself for at Hannah as a means to pump our legs harder to make it up the hill.

If you enjoy my mountain bike videos then I would love for you to subscribe to my channel!
