The Elegoo Neptune 2 is an AMAZING Value of a 3D Printer, but can you add a BL Touch to it? Yes, you absolutely can install a ANTCLABS BL Touch onto the Neptune 2, but I DON'T THINK YOU SHOULD!! Check out this video for a FULL breakdown of how to install the BL Touch to the Neptune 2 and why I don't think you should do it.
