The Biqu H2 is a compact and interesting Direct Drive Extrusion system for 3D Printers. Combining a petite NEMA 14 motor, a Gear Reduction system, and a Dual Gear Extruder all in one compact package, it seems like an excellent option for many 3D Printers.

However the Biqu H2 has already gained a bit of a reputation for Gearing issues inside that gear reduction box. Some have found their Biqu H2 to be hopelessly bound up and useless. Others have experienced annoyingly noisy clicking gear boxes.

This video is to help show you the Teardown of the Biqu H2 direct drive extruder and possibly fix any issues you may be having with your unit. My example was making a very annoying "Typewriter" clicking noise on retractions. Biqu provided some directions to adjust the H2 and I found them pretty lackluster. So here is my attempt to show you a bit better how to teardown the Direct Drive Extruder and reassemble it, hopefully fixing any issues you may encounter.
