INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kilo (500 gms) Prawns (or Shrimps)
1 head of Garlic, minced
1 medium Red Onion, small diced
1 thumbsize Ginger, grated
Scallions or Onion Chives, chopped
1/2 cup Banana Ketchup
2 Tbsps Cornstarch dissolved in 1 cup of Water
4 Tbsps Sesame Oil
1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
1 pc Chicken Bouillon cube
1/4 Butter
Ground Black Pepper, to taste
3 Tbsps Chili Garlic Oil
1 pc Egg, beaten
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Salt
