"A big part of my job is exploring avenues to diversify health care, because we know that when communities include providers of color, they tend to increase the health outcomes for all in those communities. People that have different perspectives in life, whether it's coming from a LGBTQ background, disability background, economic injustice background, diversity brings new perspectives of the system. We need all those voices to advance our health care system."
