There has been debate for a long time among non Muslim academics and some Muslim about the history of the #QU'RAN and whether it was completed by the time of the death of #Prophet #Muhammad (SAW) or whether it continued to be added to and slightly changed after his death.
Several early manuscripts of the #Qu'ran have been published by the Organisation for Islamic Cooperation : Research Centre for Islamic History, Art and culture.
These manuscripts shows that the #Qu'ran that existed close to the time of the prophet #Muhammed.
Dr Shabir Ally explains that the #TUBINGEN Manuscript in particular is stunning confirmation of the #Qu'ran authenticity. It has been dated to 649-675 CE with 95.4% authenticity. It is very close to the Qu'ran as it is now in its published form with some minor spelling differences.
