In this video we will fix the rail installation for my HP ProLiant DL360p Gen8. The issue is the screw covers stick out and don't properly close. These act as locking latches to the rails to prevent the unit from sliding. I contact RackSolutions, which is where I got my 1U HP rails for the unit. The issue is the latch plates are reversed and one goes specifically on the left side, the other on the right side. The documentation didn't properly depict this, which is why we were so confused on the initial installation. We got things figured out in this video.
