Healing Meditation for these Unprecedented Times COVID-19 Pandemic
A healing meditation is a guided meditation to help you concentrate your mind on your well being and the well being of others during the COVID-19 world wide pandemic. It was a download from spirit that was received by me for my partner and I have been working on getting this video ready for everyone. If I can help one person find peace through this meditation than it has served its purpose. I hope all of you feel the healing and energy shifts intended from this meditation.
Meditation is a great way to connect with ourselves, expand our minds and to connect with others on an energetic level. It will change your mindset and boost productivity. Also, increase your overall wellbeing and health. It will do so by shifting your perspective. It is so beneficial to take a step back from our lives and sit with ourselves. As they are saying nowadays if you can’t go outside, GO WITHIN!
Simply sitting in silence for a minimum of 5 minutes will over time bring a sense of calmness to your life. Meditation will also enable you to handle stressors more easily as you have set an example of stillness in your body. Sit quietly and let your thoughts pass through your mind. Don’t hold onto any thoughts that enter your mind. It is also okay to laugh at the thoughts that come through.
Some days even for myself the most random thoughts wander through my mind as I sit in silent meditation. This does not mean you are failing at meditation. Just don’t hold onto any thought that enters, release it and see it go by. Concentrate on your breathing. It is very helpful for beginners to count their breaths, count up to five and begin again.
