One of the ways challenges can feel painful is in the experience that you are the only one facing them. In today's video I explain how the scapegoat child believes they are inferior, strange and alone if something does not immediately come easily. Scapegoat survivors can help free themselves from this belief when they see that others face similar struggles. And watch until the end because I will offer an exercise to help you discover that you are not the only one who finds things difficult at times.
