We launched NB Deliciously Canadian to showcase some of the world’s favourite food and drinks from our small but mighty province. These past few months have soared by as we worked with Chef Dennis Prescott to begin to tell New Brunswick’s incredible food story. We’ve spent many, many hours at sea, in fields and in forests, pinching ourselves at the beauty our province offers at every turn. It’s clear to us the connection New Brunswick’s land and sea have to the delicious taste of our food and we want to show you!
