Ingredients and preparation:
1 kg beef liver
Any liver will be tender with this recipe
Add 2 tablespoons of baking soda
Leave for 40-60 minutes
Rinse the liver well from baking soda
Pat dry with a paper towel
3 tablespoons cornmeal (or wheat flour)
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
Black pepper
400 grams of onion

1 onion
50 grams of butter
2 green peppers
1-2 red peppers
2 tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 cup (180g) bulgur
250ml of water
