This is a very simple and quick recipe from my grandmother, it only takes a little time to fry the liver and the result is soft and fried pieces of liver with onions. Ingredients and preparation:
600 g beef liver
Remove the skin
Cut into 1cm slices
2-3 tablespoons of flour
Heat a frying pan with oil for frying
Dip the liver in the flour
Fry on one side over high heat for 2 minutes
3 onions
50 grams of parsley
Flip the liver and fry for another 2 minutes over medium heat
Add the second portion of liver to the pan and fry on one side for 2 minutes
Salt
Pepper
Turn and fry for another 1 minute
Salt
Black pepper

50 grams of butter
Melt the butter while stirring constantly
Parsely
Stir
Add first portion of liver
Fry for 1 to 3 more minutes
4-5 potatoes
To dice
100ml oil for frying
Heat the oil well over high heat
Fry the potatoes over medium heat, stirring occasionally
Fry for about 10 minutes until the potatoes are soft
Salt
Black pepper
