In my humble but informed opinion as a Health & Performance Optimizing Physician MD & Researcher this is the single ALL TIME BEST exercise for improving humans. Its been around for over 4 million years & our ancestors did it their WHOLE lives yet today almost NO one does it. Nothing leaves your more short of breath/winded in just 10 seconds than this. No other exercise or physical activity was more important to keeping humans in the gene pool surviving nor had a better impact on your quality of life than this! What is it? SPRINTING.
