White granular sugar 10 grams, 1:15

All-purpose flour 240 grams, 1:50
Clarified butter 120 grams(or 120 grams of cooking oil like corn oil). 1:54
Egg yolk of duck eggs 20, 4:28
Cocoa powder or matcha powder 4 grams, 3:33
Porper amount of fillings we like.
Baking setting: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 180 degrees. Bake it for about 25 mins in middle of oven.
