The Aoyu Lantern Dance is an intangible cultural heritage of China and has a strong military drill style. According to ancient legend, the Dragon King of the East China Sea sent aoyu to rescue the soldiers. Therefore, a grand Aoyu Lantern Dance celebration is held every Spring Festival.

鳌鱼灯舞属于中国的非物质文化遗产，具有浓郁的军事操练风格，古代传说是东海龙王派鳌鱼来解救士兵的，因此在每年春节都举行盛大的鳌鱼灯舞庆典活动。

The Xinzhuang Lantern Festival is one of the traditional New Year lantern festivals in Shanghai. The theme of the 2024 Xinzhuang Lantern Festival is "Dragon and Horse Spirit", which chooses the starting point of the birth of the dragon - Fuxi. Legend has it that Fuxi took the body of a python, the head of a crocodile, the antlers of a stag, and the head of a tiger. The eyes, the scales of the red carp, the legs of the monitor lizard, the claws of the goshawk, the tail of the white shark, and the baleen of the fin whale created the dragon totem of the Chinese nation, and the image of the dragon came from this. This year's Xinzhuang Lantern Festival also added a laser fountain water curtain show, giving people a new look and feel of brilliance!

莘庄灯会是上海传统的新年灯会之一，2024年莘庄灯会主题为“龙马精神”，选取了龙诞生的起点——伏羲，传说伏羲取蟒蛇的身、鳄鱼的头、雄鹿的角、猛虎的眼、红鲤的鳞、巨蜥的腿、苍鹰的爪、白鲨的尾、长须鲸的须，创立了中华民族的龙图腾，龙的形象由此而来。今年莘庄灯会还增设了激光喷泉水幕秀，给人一种流光溢彩的全新观感！
