Inspired by Bruce Lee's writings in the Tao Of Jeet Kune Do, I put together this shadow boxing routine that works to help martial artists build their foundational stance and develop coordination. Bruce Lee's key points to shadow boxing are fluidity, attack and defense, full body coordination, rhythm and timing, and precision.
