Sarvangasana is notorious for neck pain and injuries. In this video, Saba was dreaming about doing Sarvangasana but due to her stiff neck and shoulders and some injuries in the neck, we could not make her perform it in a regular manner.

Using the wall, the block, we could figure out the best way of performing it without straining the neck and shoulders. In fact, as per Saba this provided her so much relief that she didn’t need to perform Matsyasana to release it.
