No-bake, super soft and fluffy steamed coffee sponge cake recipe. Intensely aromatic of coffee flavour that you can't resist to try. No baking powder added, it is important to whisk whole eggs with sugar until smooth and fluffy, a beautiful ribbon stage, that's it!

Ingredients 材料: 6" round mould
4 eggs 鸡蛋 (60-62g, room tempreture 室温)
60 g (1/4 cup) caster sugar 细砂糖
80 g (1/2 cup) cake flour 低筋面粉
1 sachet (18 g) instant premix coffee 即溶咖啡粉
20 ml (4 tsp) hot water 热水
1 tbsp vegetable oil 菜油
Steam over medium heat for 25 minnutes
