After laying primer, I decided to take a few parts off of the front of the car to prevent over spray into the seams. After I did that, I found some twisted metal. Not good. For this reason, I never put a final basecoat on the car as I wanted to see if I could get the metal repaired first. No point in putting a shiny paint job on a car where it's panels won't line up properly.
