Hi guys, welcome back to my channel. Today I will be showing you how to make oven fried wings.
In the video, I mentioned using 1 tbsp of baking powder per pound of wings. This should be 1/2 tbsp of baking powder.

Ingredients
4lbs of wings (cut)
2tbsp aluminum free baking powder
2tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper - optional
1tsp garlic powder - optional
1tsp paprika - optional
1tsp cayenne pepper - optional.

Bake @ 450F 15-20 mins on each side depending on the size of your wings. If you oven has convection setting, use that instead of the regular bake mode.

I've also been able to bake @ 425F with similar results. Will take a bit longer. I sometimes had issues with the fire alarm going off when baking at 450F +.
