If you want to make your vehicle feel like a proper sports car, the first aspect of any car that I would modify is the suspension. Ferraris, Porsches, and Lamborghinis do not feel sloppy around turns. They come well equipped with large sway bars, properly designed suspension, and that is all noticeable even at low speeds. Whether you take your car to the race track, you like driving down backroads, or you just want a predicable vehicle that can change direction if someone cuts you off, throwing some beefier sway bars on your car is no brainer.

Here is some simple logic as to why this is hands down the best suspension upgrade. The body roll your car has, the less snapback you will experience. That will give the driver more confidence as the vehicle will become more predictable. If the car is composed and predictable, you will be able to push your car harder, which then leads to faster lap times.

Another great thing about installing stiffer sway bars is that it will keep both of your tires more perpendicular to the ground which will help with traction. The more your tires are in contact with the pavement, the more grip you will have around a turn.

After purchasing these #HotchkisSportSuspension #SwayBars, I found some awesome looking billet sway bar brackets that are an incredible addition if you want to do this upgrade. These billet aluminum brackets have the same zerk fittings as the steel ones, however will be stiffer and won’t rust like the steel ones will. They are not a must, however are something to consider if you’re doing this upgrade. You can find a link below.
