What is plantar fasciitis? Plantar fasciitis is the inflammation of the plantar fascia. If you have plantar fasciitis, it is painful to walk with every step. The pain will be the worst with the first step after you get out from your bed. It is also very painful when you go from walking with shoes to walking without shoes.

It is not very difficult to treat plantar fasciitis without medication. You just have to prepare for each of the three situations appropriately: the first step after waking, walking, and transitioning from walking with shoes to walking without shoes. I will show you how to prepare for each of these three situations in this video. If you follow my recommendations, you will hopefully have much less pain with standing and walking.

All footages used in this video are obtained from either Storyblocks or original footage. Some images were sourced from Mayo Clinic and John’s Hopkins website.
