Hello my lovely family! ❤️ Today I'm going to show you how I make the most Delicious and Creamy Chicken Enchiladas. Grab your ingredients and cook along with me.

Ingredients you'll need:
• 2 - Cups Chopped Cooked Chicken (I used a cooked rotisserie chicken)
• 1 - 16oz Jar Pace Picante Sauce (I used the medium spice)
• 1 - 8oz Container Sour Cream
• 1 - 10 3/4oz Cream Of Chicken Soup
• 1 - Soup Can of Milk (10 3/4oz)
• 2 - tsp Chili Powder
• 1 - Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
• 8 - Flour Tortillas (8-inch)
• 1 - Medium Tomato (Chopped)
• 1 - Green Onion (Sliced)

Instructions:
• Mix the soup, sour cream, picante sauce, milk and chili powder in a medium size mixing bowl
• Add 1 cup of the soup mixture, chicken and cheese to a medium size mixing bowl - Mix until well combined
• Add a few spoonfuls of soup mixture to the bottom of a 9in x 13in casserole dish - Spreading evenly
• Spoon chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla shell. Roll up the tortillas and place them seam-side down
• Pour the remaining soup mixture over the filled tortillas
• Cover dish with aluminum foil
• Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 - 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly
• Top with tomato and onion or your favorite toppings
• Serve when ready
