π Caramel Apple Bread Pudding Recipe π
π Ingredients:
β’ 10 - Slices Cinnamon-Raisin Bread
β’ 3 - Medium Size Granny Smith Apples or 6 - Small Honey Crisp Apples
β’ 1/2 - Stick Butter
β’ 1 - 12.25oz Jar Caramel Sauce
β’ Softened Butter - For baking Dish
πͺ Instructions:
β’ Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
β’ Cube bread with serrated bread knife - Set aside
β’ Peel, core and chop apples - Set aside
β’ Toss cubed bread with melted butter in large mixing bowl
β’ Spread softened butter in an 8x8in or 9x9in casserole dish
β’ Add half the apples to bottom of dish, half the cinnamon raisin bread, then half the caramel sauce
β’ Repeat layers in same order as above
β’ Bake for approximately 25 - 40 minutes until bread is golden brown and apples are tender (OVENS WILL VARY)
β’ Serve with vanilla ice cream (optional)
