Hi everyone and today we took a detailed look into this new 2021 Ford Mustang Mach E Premium in Infinite Blue Metallic on Light Gray and tried to do a thorough review. With an 88 Kilowatt battery, the Mustang Mach E has a range of a bit over 300 miles. When we left the dealership we had 295 miles and after a good 20 miles and running the AC for hours, we returned around 265.

This Mustang Mach E cost $57,000 and is the current top-range of the current lineup. The Mustang Mach E GT is coming in the next few months, but the Premium is the best spec for now. The Mustang Mach E is loaded with technology, features a high-quality interior, and has some attractive elements of the Mustang DNA. Overall, we are a fan of the Mustang Mach E and think it was a worthy challenger to the Tesla Model Y Long Range. When the new Mustang Mach E GT arrives, I think once they dial it in it will really give the Tesla Model Y Performance a run for their money.

This Mustang Mach E Premium makes 417 pounds of torque and 346 horsepower, has AWD, and a zero to sixty in 4.8 seconds. That is vs Tesla Model Y at 4.1 seconds. The Mustang Mach E starts at $47,600 but as tested was over $57,000 so not cheap. But, I think factoring in the $7,500 tax credit and the savings in gas and maintenance, the Mustang Mach E makes a lot of financial sense!

Also bear with me that the screens on the Mustang Mach E were flickering the entire time! It drove me nuts in editing but tried with my iPhone and Hero 9 and both caused issues. Tried 30 and 60 FPS didn't help so is what it is.
