Here are the WORST Cereals You Can Buy 🥣❌

Most cereals aren’t actually healthy for you.

❌ Number one, Raisin Bran:

We all think this is healthy, but if we look on the back it tells the whole tale.

It’s got a decent amount of fiber, but it’s also very high in carbs and sugars.

If you’re someone who wants to get ripped, this is so bad for you.

❌ Next up is granola:

Granola isn’t BAD for you, but again, let’s look at the back.

The dietary fiber is fairly good, but it’s super high in carbs.

If you’re trying to burn fat, this isn’t going to cut it.

You also get too much sugar as well.

âś… My favorite option is the extra thick rolled oats:

It’s 100% organic and has no added sugar.

Half a cup gives you 34 grams of carbs, 4 grams of fiber and has one ingredient:

Oats.

This is what I eat when I’m cutting to get ripped.

I try to stay away from high carb foods and focus more on a more whole food based diet. Fiber is key.
