🍞INGREDIENTS
☘️ Muffin batter
Ripe banana(without peel) 150g
Cake flour 120g
Baking powder 4g
Baking soda 1g
Unsalted butter(melted) 45g
Caster sugar 45g
1 Medium-large egg (60-65g with shell)
Milk 10g
Sultanas 30g

☘️Topping
Chocolate chips 30g

☘️** Preheat the oven to 180C/355F
** Bake at 180C/355F for 30 mins
