Travel to Guangxi, China during the Lantern Festival for a weekend. Ep 38⬇See more below⬇

It was the last weekend of Chinese new year, which marks the Lantern Festival, so I decided to travel to Guangxi, China for a weekend. Guangxi is a province in South of China. Guangxi is famous for beautiful landscapes, especially those round-shaped mountains or hills.

On my arrival day of the travel to Guangxi, China, I had an early morning and tried to get a taxi to the airport, but since I don't have DiDi, the Chinese taxi app, it was hard to get a cab. Finally, I managed to get an unofficial taxi, so I arrived well in time to the airport.

Traveling from Beijing to Guangxi province, or more specifically Guangxi's capital, Nanning, takes about four hours by plane. It gives an idea how huge country China is. Domestic flights could never take four hours in Europe, but in China the distances are huge. One of the best parts of life in China is that you get to travel around China. I love traveling so I hope I have many chances to travel around China while living in China.

On the arrival day we went to buy sea food for dinner. After dinner we went to the park nearby and strolled along the riverside. Since it was still the Chinese new year holidays and people celebrated the Lantern Festival, there were many firecrackers, beautiful lanterns and a lot of people.
