My husband is a Chinese professional boxer and he wanted to share his quarantine workout routine with you guys! Ep 54⬇See more below⬇

It's tough to be in quarantine and if possible probably even worse for a professional boxer. As a professional boxer you are used to working out, going for running and training boxing the whole day. While in quarantine you have more limited options to do a proper workout. However, of course it's possible to do a nice workout in quarantine as well, and here my professional boxer husband shows his boxing workout at home or in quarantine hotel in our case.

I don't know if Chinese boxing differs from Western boxing, but anyways I think this Chinese boxing training is good for beginners or more advanced as well. I'm neither a professional boxer myself nor much into sports. However, I think it's fun to do boxing workout with my Chinese husband. His quarantine workout tips are simple and easy to follow, so if you are looking for a basic workout routine, I think his boxing workout is fun and effective.

If you return back to China from abroad you have to go through mandatory Chinese quarantine of 14 days in a centralized quarantine hotel. This is a follow-up video to my previous two videos from Chinese quarantine:
