I thought long and hard about posting this video, because it was so hard to make, and watch. I made it in honour of the Me Too Movement, because this issue is something that is so close to my heart.

I also want to say my piece and that is, no matter what the situation is, and whether or not it's intercourse without consent, you do matter. The situation matters. It can be you being touched or grabbed in a way that makes you uncomfortable, anything, and if it doesn't feel right, if you didn't want it to happen, then it's a violation. It's a violation of your body, your mind and your rights as a human being and IT'S NOT OKAY.

Lastly, I want to state that while all of the instances in this video are to women, sexual harassment, sexual assault and rape can happen to a person of any gender, religion, race, age etc. and it is never okay, and no person deserves it. There is a stigma against men coming forward if they've been sexually assaulted, which means so many men will take it to their graves, to avoid friends and relatives and complete strangers seeing them differently or less masculine.

So in the comments, if you feel okay with it, please just write #MeToo if you've ever experienced any of this, and if you don't feel comfortable with sharing, it's okay.
