I’ve flown my helicopter over all parts of Los Angeles but there’s more to California than just LA. To the northeast of LA you’ll find the mountain communities of Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead, and Crestline. In this video I fly a helicopter tour, starting at the Big Bear Airport and following highway 18 (aka Rim of the World Highway) over ski resorts and past snow-covered mountains. Along the way we view gorgeous scenery, a range of mountain towns, and marvel at the roads absolutely filled with tourists visiting the snow on New Year’s Weekend 2021 despite California’s spiking COVID 19 cases and a regional stay-at-home order for Southern California. #MicahFlies
