Today we want to make a great snack called Corn Dog.
Let's go

Ingredients:
• Flour: 50 grams
• Corn Starch: 20 grams
• Sugar: ½ tsp
• Baking Powder: ¼ tsp
• Baking Soda: ¼ tsp
• Salt: ¼ tsp
• Milk: 80 grams
• Butter: 40 grams
• Egg: 1
• Spices: whatever you like (optional)

Instructions:
Melt the butter a little
Mix the dry ingredients together and set aside.
Beat the egg with a mixer for 1 minute.
Add the butter to the eggs and mix for 30 seconds.
Then add the milk (it is better if the milk is lukewarm)
When the mixture is well mixed, add the dry ingredients.
Pour the ingredients into the funnel (you can keep it in the refrigerator for a day or two)
Cut the hot dogs in half.
Pass a wooden skewer through the middle of the hot dogs.
Pour the corn dog ingredients into the tank of the machine.
We add hot dogs.
They are cooked at 180 degrees for 8 minutes.
Their color should be golden like this.
