Kristina Hofmann started out with her Associates degree in nursing and now leads Infection clinical operations for a team of 16 nurses across Maryland to help mitigate and manage COVID-19, RSV, Flu and other outbreaks in congregate care settings. The following zoom provides a question-and-answer session addressing how she got interested in public health, what helped her advance in the field of nursing and what she would recommend for a new graduate nurse.
