Kettlebells are great for strength, power, conditioning, rotation and adding some variety to your training. One of my favorite things to do with the kettlebell is hand to hand exercises. Here are three challenging ones that will develop power, coordination and athleticism.
1. Alternating ballistic row
2. Switch clean
3. Alternating Swing
Add these into your next workout at the beginning of your workout with higher weights or towards the end of your workout or even separate day from your lift to get some added conditioning
