Ingredients for a healthy pie:
For filling:
- cashews - 150 g / 5.3 oz.
- coconut oil - 1 tbsp.
- dates - 250 g / 8.8 oz
- cashew - 50 g / 1.7 oz.
- peanuts - 80 g / 2.8 oz
- maple syrup - 20 ml
- a pinch of salt

For the pie base:
- oat flakes - 160 g / 5.6 oz
- apple ~ 150 g / 5.3 oz
- 1 egg

For the nut mixture:
- walnuts - 30 g / 1 ounce
- almonds - 30 g / 1 ounce
- cashews - 30 g / 1 ounce
- pecan - 30 g / 1 ounce
- hazelnuts - 30 g / 1 ounce
- pistachios - 30 g / 1 ounce
- honey - 1 tbsp.
