This complex was built in 1982 but recently had a major overhaul and looks like new. Unit number 5 has been completely updated. There's a large kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite counter tops that open to the living room with a gas fireplace and sliding door to a balcony. 1940 Highland #5 is on the north side of the building. There is no traffic noise with the windows and doors shut and not even much with them open. There are trees between this unit and the property next door - much nicer than being right next to another building. Just up the street from Hollywood and Highland, this is a great location.
