Nestled in the lush hills south of Griffith Park, the neighborhood of Los Feliz boast spectacular views of Los Angeles, and equally impressive old Hollywood estates. A destination spot for locals
and tourist alike, Los feliz is an elegant neighborhood of outstanding architecture and vibrant local attractions.

The heart of the neighborhood is Los Feliz Village, centrally located and bustling with eclectic shops, restaurants and attractions all situated along Hillhurst and Vermont and Avenues.

Los Feliz is home to several highly regarded schools. Franklin Elementary, a California Distinguished public School is situated at the center of the neighborhood. The Lycee International

of Los Angeles or LILA, is a private French-American elementary school. The John Lautner designed structures that make up the campus are cultural and historic landmarks in the City Los
Angeles.

Just down the street from Franklin Elementary and overlooking LILA is Shakespeare Bridge, another historic landmark in the neighborhood, that leads to the Franklin Hills area of Los Feliz.
Built in the Gothic style in 1926 it remains a beautiful addition to the neighborhood to this day.

The hills north of Los Feliz Blvd are filled with world-renown architecture. Frank Lloyd Wrights Ennis house, his most accomplished work in the Mayan revival style sits high atop Los Feliz, overlooking Hollywood and downtown Los Angeles.

The Richard Neutra designed Lovell house is a prime example of the international modernist style. Its clean lines and Hollywood charm have been seen in several movies. It sits overlooking the
entrance to Griffith Park.

No evening out in Los Feliz is complete without a stop at one of the neighborhoods local nightspots. Grab an espresso at café Figaro, and take the short walk to the Majestic Vista Theater
to catch the latest Hollywood releases. Wind down the evening with a nightcap around the corner at the famous Good Luck Bar, an Asian themed lounge serving up mellow vibes and some of the
neighborhoods best cocktails.
