In order to identify, activate and support the different pathways for community engagement, we first need to identify the various stakeholders in the community. Understanding who we are designing for can amplify the inherent strengths within the community, find solutions to meet their pressing needs, and invite others to collaborate and be engaged in the community. Lana Jelenjev is the Director for Learning and Community Design for Dream See Do, an online learning and community platform for transformational organizations, NGOs and community cultivators. She is the author of Community Builder: Designing Communities for Change and The 90 Day Action Planner. Lana is also actively involved with the Neurodiversity Foundation and Shift Foundation.
