Recipe Breakdown

16 pcs of Gelatine Leafs from Dr. Oatker
180g Strawberry Essence (From my channel)
180g Sakura Syrup (Mixed or Unmixed)

170g Golden Syrup
550g Caster Sugar
200g Water

*** Cook Syrup until 118 degrees celcius

Dusting Powder

50g Icing Sugar
50g Corn Flour
Pink Simmer Lustre to Colour
