"If Islam is from God, why is Jerusalem, the most important place on earth, not mentioned in the Quran?" Dr. Shabir Ally says Jerusalem isn't mentioned directly by name, but there are indications in the Quran that Jerusalem is important. But even if the Quran didn't include references to Jerusalem, that wouldn't mean it isn't from God; God may have more pressing matters to convey to human beings.
