I should point out, when I say "a little more than is comfortable," I am not saying in meditation you should simply get up if you don't enjoy it. I am saying you might sdecide "30 minutes of meditation is comfortable for me to do" and then you stick to those 30 minutes every day. And as you enjoy it, you will increase the time.

Especially meditating to my Shakti Meditation Music (links below) you should understand there will be a lot of subtle energy moving through your body and it takes a while for your body and mind to adjust to this new flow of energy. What will happen is you will start to feel peace and bliss and want to meditate longer. In this way, you gradually increase your meditation time.
