Shakti is the bridge to spiritual enlightenment. When we meditate on the presence of enlightenment (Kundalini Energy) we become enlightenment itself. Just by keeping our attention in the bliss we are transformed by it.

Here is the story of 2 birds. One bird is the Atman, the individual soul. It is always flittering about, never content. But it looks at a branch higher above him and sees a very similar bird who sits completely still in bliss, this is the Paramatman, the Supreme Soul. Just by watching the bird in bliss, the first bird is transformed in bliss until he sees, there isn't a second bird. He himself is the Paramatman.

By focusing our attention on an enlightened teacher, we are transformed in bliss by their Shakti. So to, by listening to this meditation music that transmits Shakti, we experience deep meditation and bliss and this bliss transforms us into enlightened perception.
