💛💛💛 Traditional Taiwanese omelet (2 servings, fried in 2 batches)
💛Flour 60g
💛Water 140ml
💛2 eggs
💛2 green onions, chopped
💛Salt 1 salt spoon (1/4 tsp)
💛MSG 1/2 salt spoon (1/4 tsp, optional)
💛White pepper powder 1 salt spoon (1/4 tsp) (to taste)
💛Oil
(Note: The video is for 2 servings, and the above ingredients should be fried in 2 batches.)
(Note: the ratio of flour: water = 3:7, and the ratio of flour: water for one serving is 30g:70g)

💛 26cm frying pan from Taku Ironware (can also use a non-stick pan)

👉👉👉Method 1: Separately fry the egg and the omelet (layered version). Steps:
👉1. Mix all ingredients well to form the batter.
👉2. Heat the pan to over 200 degrees Celsius, pour oil in the pan, pour half of the batter into the pan, fry over medium heat until the white raw part of the batter is not visible, and make sure it does not stick to the pan. Turn over and fry. Remove when cooked.
👉3. Turn to medium-low heat, and put the beaten eggs into the pan. Then put the omelet on the eggs, wait for the eggs to be cooked, turn it over, then roll the omelet.

👉👉👉Method 2: Mixed version. Steps:
👉1. Half of the powder (one piece) is beaten with an egg.
👉2. After heating the pan ( above 200 degrees), grease the pan, turn to medium-low heat, pour the batter into the pan, and fry until well cooked. Make sure doesn't stick to the pan, and then turn it over.
👉3. The other side will be cooked in about 1 minute. Then you can roll up the omelet.
